Custom Technologies Technical Support
Technical Support is available to registered customers of Custom Technologies, Inc. with a valid Managed IT Services Plan. Technical support is focused on providing support of Custom Technologies, Inc. services and supported systems. Custom Technologies, Inc. provides technical support through a number channels. If you are not yet a customer please call 770.792.6700
- Technical Support Portal - using the Client Login to the left, login to our technical support portal and create a ticket. Once entered into our system the ticket will be prioritized and a technician will respond promptly.
- Email Support: help@custech.net - by emailing the support email address a ticket will be auto generated based on your email address. A technician will prioritize the ticket and will respond promptly.
- Telephone Support at 770.792.6700 ext. 110 - when calling support you will speak to a service manager who will create a ticket and assign it to a technician who will promptly respond.
- Live Online Support - when available a box will appear to the left under client login and will provide a link to allow you to chat live with a support technician.

Technical Support is available by email or phone Monday through Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern time. 24 hour managed service and support plans available.
